Roger D. Freels
Senior Pastor
Longmont Community Nazarene Church welcomed Roger and Judi Freels to our
church family in the summer of 2005. We look forward to spending many years
with this God-loving couple whom He has led to lead us.
Roger was raised on a farm in western Kentucky. He grew up with three brothers
and three sisters. Most of his family still lives in Kentucky. He is the only
minister in his family.
Judi was raised in San Jose, California. She has younger twin brothers. Her
family lives in California and Oklahoma.
Roger and Judi met while attending Pasadena College in Pasadena, California.
They have two sons: Rodney and his wife Jo, and Ryan and his wife Jenny; two
grandsons, Colton and Boston, and one granddaughter, Dani. Roger enjoys hunting,
camping, photography, and gardening. Judi enjoys reading, encouraging others,
cooking, camping, and her grandchildren.
They have previously enjoyed pastorates in Falls City, Nebraska and Vallejo,
California.

Vickie B. Morgan
Family Life Pastor
Pastor Vickie has served in various ministries in the church most of her life
and, specifically, in Children's Ministry for 20+years. (She won't tell us what
the + represents.) In February, 2000, she left the business-world to fulfill
God's call for full-time ministry.
Vickie was born and raised in a small town in the Panhandle of Texas. Her mother,
her two younger brothers, three nieces, two nephews, and their families all
live in Texas, making her the only one to stray from the "Lone Star Fold."
Vickie enjoys reading, counted cross-stitch, computer games and sitting on the
back deck looking at the mountains but only when she can take time from her
studies towards her master’s degree at Northwest Nazarene University.
Pastor Vickie met and married her best friend, David, while attending West Texas
State University. David was born and raised in southern New Mexico. He is a
sales representative for a textbook publisher and spends time visiting schools
in Colorado and Kansas. David enjoys reading, watching old westerns on TV, and
hunting and fishing. David serves as Education Chairperson and Head of the Worship
Service Technical Team at the church as well as being Pastor Vickie's number
one support and helper.
The Morgans have two children: Colby, married to Stephanie, and Coresa, married
to Gary. They have three grandsons: Jared, Riley and Chase.

Kate Ayers
Administrative Assistant
Kate has been with the church since September 2005. Her husband was transferred
to Loveland, CO in August 2005 and they are really enjoying it. Her husband,
Mark, is a Regional Sales Rep and they have a beautiful 10-year old daughter.
Kate is originally from the Northeast, though she moved to Atlanta in 1990,
where she met her husband. Their family enjoys hiking, movies and spending time
together.
